Speed and Detail Combined Equipped with a new, wider 1.33-inch PrecisionCore® Micro TFP® printhead and Nozzle Verification Technology, the S7170 boasts improved speed and consistency over previous models. A newly positioned temperature sensor closer to the nozzle plate helps maintain consistent color output across long print runs.
Eco-Friendly Ink System Epson has also overhauled the ink delivery system. Instead of traditional cartridges, the S7170 uses high-capacity 800 mL UltraChrome® GS3 ink packs, which reduce plastic waste by up to 80%. These solvent inks are designed to deliver bold, long-lasting prints across various substrates including vinyl, canvas, banner, and paper.
Built for Productivity The S7170 includes a 4.3-inch touchscreen, allowing operators to make on-the-fly adjustments. The precise media feed and take-up system ensures stable operation and excellent print accuracy, even during long production runs.
